Order Cancellation
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.
Returnable within 30 natural days
The site supports 30 natural days to return or exchange products without reason.
If you receive the product more than 30 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange service.
Return orders are processed within 1-3 business days
Our service hours are 8:00am-5:00pm (EST) Monday-Friday.
Return orders submitted after 5:00 PM will be prioritized for processing on the next business day, and orders submitted after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

Request a Return
Returns must be made within 30 natural days of the date you signed for the jacket, and the jacket must be new and undamaged with no visible signs of use.

Return and Refund
If you have decided to return an item, the following process can be followed:
1. Pack the jacket: Please pack the jacket in its original packaging, including the accessories and freebies received.
2.Send the jacket to 1191 Brookside Dr, Hanahan, South Carolina.
After sending, please send us the shipping information and courier number by email to [email protected], so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.
3.Return shipping: If you choose to return the jacket because of quality or shipping problems (e.g. there are scratches on the surface of the jacket received), the shipping cost will be borne by Legaljacket.com.
If the return is due to the customer’s personal dislike of the jacket received (color or style), wrong photo, etc., the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
4. Refund processing: Once the returned jacket arrives at Legaljacket.com’s warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.
Refund amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.

We do not charge a re-shelf fee.
